10 heat per second rev to 8 is a massive difference literally his heat generation when revv is 20% less than it was on PTR and he gets heat drop during the stun if he misses and the feathering rev change. He isn't like PTR and while this may still be an overnerf the patch has been out less than 2 hours give it time

The game will die out if it sucks to play too. You can't build playerbase if people hate the process of trying to play even if the base gameplay is good and people will just rage and quit with all the bugs and BS.
