Now the items are classified in different categories: * Survivor Item These can return to a player's inventory at the end of a match e.g. Toolbox, Med-kits, Firecracker, etc * Special Item Items related to playing against specific Killers e.g. EMPs, the Lament Configuration, Vaccines from Nemesis * Temporary Item Items…

Maybe the problem is Epic not detecting the achievement, I got it yesterday without problems playing on Steam.

I play a lot with Distortion and today I realized this too!
