I entirely agree. BHVR gives us characters that can leap forward but then does this, it's honestly very silly.

I think sub-4.6 killers for the most part are outdated. I agree with keeping him at this speedier pace. Slinger and nurse being slower I understand, but not huntress and trickster

Make sure that the game is using your dedicated GPU, and that your settings are valid. Sometimes the game menus show completely incorrect options entirely irrelevant to what you picked. Hope you get it sorted out

Currently survivors have been and continue to be given basekit buffs, something killers haven't gotten in a long time, or ever afaik. Brutal strength could easily be made basekit and be a fair change.

I very often just let the remaining survivors go after getting 1-2 kills and i've been playing since 2018 and have never been banned. You'll be fine.

if you mean something like a cyborg or a robot, sure, like ash from Alien, or C3P0, anything with the form factor of a regular human, for animation parity's sake
