In my opinion the tier list is as follows : 1. Nurse 2. Hillbilly 3. Huntress 4. Doctor 5. Hag 6. Myers 7. Clown 8. Leatherface 9. Trapper 10. Pig 11. Wraith 12. Freddy (this is based around higher ranks and Killers that have abilities to deny loops / help them in chase have been given prefebility)

I have also been enjoying The Clown but I think it's just because survivors don't know how to play against him yet. He'll be much weaker in less than a week.

It regresses 25% of the progression done, meaning it will always be less than 20 seconds ( since it would be done at that point ). Anyways, I don't see it as a replacement for Hex: Ruin but it's definetly a pretty good perk.
