Isn't DS a anti-tunnel perk? I mean is 40-60 seconds to long for you to hook a survivor that got off the hook instead of searching for another survivor?

I hate when a Killers as soon as they down someone or carrying to hook and see a survivor for a few secs and be like mmmmmm ima chase you now, Like just frickin hook the person you down. Idk I probably hate cause im bad but its just the common way i get hooked.

I think they would both activate but if you get hit with BT effect it would cancel out the passive heals as it would stop when your health state changes or get picked up but i don't really know just guessing on what the addons are saying
