Been playing since 2017 and having more fun than ever on both sides.
-
wait until you get hit with the streamer to use the emp. immediately run for cover and then use the emp. often it will come back while you're doing the gen otherwise. always look for the thingies up high to know where it is.
-
bots do objectives, dc playmates as a rule, do not. also, the killer can tunnel the bots until their heart is content (at the cost of losing, but it must be awfully fun.) and nor spread ill-will further into the game.
-
always carry an emp. hide behind objects when you first get hit with a streamer, then blast the original and rhe one on you. whenever moving or working on a gen, look up to see where the boogers are. (what me and my friiends call them)
-
i was trying to find a video demonstrating the difference but i can't remember the title. a good example is how a surivor bobs their head. that speed of movement cannot be replicated on console to my knowledge. perhaps with a keyboard as it is easier to hit two keys? i dunno.. the difference though is readily seen.…

this game has come so way far. it is not the same game it was 2017. imagine if you can, no endgame. what we see at the gate now is nothing compared to what once was. survivors would never leave. we also had no protection against camping or tunneling. you had to hope the rescuing survivor had borrowed time and they usually…
-
i am an absolutist. kind of silly as there are cosmetics i will never buy, albeit few. what you mention is the best hope. i would spend 3 bucks or so for a charm.
-
framerate.
-
partially. i suspect framerate. there have been experiments done by others. i'll have to see if i can find them.
-
you are a pc player, of course you don't see it.
-
bots are generally more useful than the player that dc's. i have seen this proven many times. i am more concerned with the volume of suiciding on first or second hook it is an easy work around and craps on the game harder.
-
i disagree. i used to collect videos of evidence but it is seldom talked about..
-
yeah, same survivor protection as lights out with a10-15% gen slowdown would be amazing.
-
actually...it does and it works both ways. any killer on console versus high mmr pc survivors is practically a guaranteed loss due exclusively to movement ability. i am guessing it is fps. console survivor against pc nursei the same thing. i suppose it is fun to pretend it is a skill issue and i am guessing you are on pc.…
-
as if on cue...the very next game camping/tunneling doctor at five gens. i think i'll sit this one out. all perks level one on p13 nea.
-
definitely agree on the first part but also killers have no guarantee against gen rush either. also, i have noticed my perks are level one on a level 10 survivor i just played. so, it will be good a couple days and it is still fun in the absence of gen rush and tunneling but getting a sense of deja vu.
-
pc nurse while on console.
-
i enjoy playing against all killers unless they are tunneling.
-
i'm going to say yeah, no.
-
myself, i just ignore them. wait for the killer to find me while i'm doing gens and then surrender. if the killer isn't camping/tunneling, i'll unhook them but typically won't heal them if the killer is likely to return. i got tough love.
-
someone, somewhere on here said that. please, i'm indulging my pseudo-intellectual glow once again. i've worked hard for this.
-
I am no sure how killers do it. I play killer and if I break a pallet or the survivor changes direction, they are gone. I play survivor and I can't lose a good many of them. Not complaining, I enjoy the mode but just curious as to how some people do so well.
-
saying this game needs no more anti-tunnel perks is like saying liquids need no container.
-
i am seeing some stunning abilities with a common thread, just saying.
-
i'm having a blast on both sides. Thank you, bhvr. Excellent event. Seriously, if you can't clean house as killer in this event, rhe problem isn't the event.
-
you can still alug and camp. not sure what more killers could want.
-
i am ecstatic. killers seeing gen auras is a fair trade.
-
i love these "maybe you're just bad" comments. One can only do as well as the team allows.
-
5. when the killer does slug/tunnel/camp, as opposed to doing gens, the other survivors run over and facilitate the killer's troll session.
-
Console nurse has nothing for pc survivors and vice versa. i've played her since the beginning. unless used as a tunnel monster on console, she can't stop genrushers.
-
i've had the same issue. i don't even remember how i screwed it up now but unable to fix it.
-
i should mention that this is pc killers with this ability. draw your own conclusions.
-
i am still loving it.
-
-
pc huntress and nurse are the worse case scenario for console players and vice versa. we don't move like they do.
-
The real question is why does it bother you? Not trying to be a smartass but if you find that answer, you may find how not to care about it.
-
I escaped most games last night. Tonight? 2 out of ten.
-
Expoaed effect. Two killers traipsing about together will inevitably lose.
-
Amen, i'm having a blast.
-
If they do gens, they will escape almost everytime. More fun to engage the killer and go for unhooks.
-
One person being chased leaves seven others on gens.
-
No, not on my tv. In this mode, myself and another random killer generally get 0-3 kills as a rule. Hillbilly is the only chance one has as killer. Nurse is good but even she can't traverse the distances required. Not complaining at all. I love the mode and i'm having a blast but as long as survivors know how to do gens,…
-
Not in this event, no. Recently tracked about 30 games and escaped 3 of them, only because the killer let us. I do prefer this to the game being balanced around solo cue though. 4 anti-tunnel perks are required just to get points.
-
Wifi happens. I have it too and experience the same thing. Usually, I am fairly deep into a match as well. Just glad I don't always get banned for it.
-
I am loving the event as well. I think the sweats are in it because they are trying to ensure they make 5,000 BP before the game ends abruptly from either side. Sweat or be ended. Not much different from regular play though. As solo survivor, I am definitely killed more in the event though.
-
It is very seldom that I see a tournament of "so greats" that doesn't feature tunnel monsters. Every streamer in what they suppose to be top MMR (probably is) also has tunnelmanship as their principle perk. You may be right about that last sentence though. They use discretion as to when and how they enact their…
-
MMR takes care of that and they actually belong there because that is how they play at top MMR.
-
I am seeing that as well. I'm on PS4. Someone made a similar post on the bug reporting board.
-
Exactly what I am seeing on PS4 right now same error message.
-
I had that on PS4 for a while, right after update. It lasted about 20 minutes but stopped for an unknown reason.
