@Mooks @MandyTalk Thank you y'all! I saw DBD tweeting about the DDoS stuff, so it makes sense that they are inundated with tickets, maybe the silver lining is I haven't played at all these past 2 weeks lol

yeah it looks like it doesn't work, it must be because I bought her with shards smh. Debating whether I should just cave and spend money on the DLC instead. It's just the principle for me at this point, annoying that support hasn't gotten back to me either. it's been more than 2 weeks

Thank you! Let me give that a try right now, I did buy the Resident Evil DLC recently, but I didn't get the Witch DLC that had Mikaela. I just bought her character with shards, I wonder if that might be the cause

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for support to get back to me, it's about losing a whole character. I feel like they don't even check the tickets at this point...Bought a character, a whole new costume, and maxed out her level and now all of a sudden it's gone...smh
