It's annoying for killer, especially for new killers that can't hear the survivors through the blind or they don't have lightborn. But i think that most killer's don't like flashlights because they don't know if it's a normal or toxic survivor, that will abuse the power they have. Again that's what i think.

They could make it that you have to lay there for a while. Like if the killer doesn't pick you up in a fair amount of time you can give up. If the killer just pikes you up and trops you down to reset the timer, they could make it that it doesn't reset if your did not break free or get hooked.

It kinda has a bit of an effect. If you get tbagged (and your easy to anger or emotional) sometimes you get so angry that you play worse. (Some people even quit.
