  • There is definitely something wrong. The queues for killer should not be this long with no incentive for survivor. It doesn't make any sense at all.
  • Killer mains really are desperate to get that extra ten seconds removed.
  • All I know is i'm ready for this game mode to go away. I can't even play the normal game because the queues are so long. It isn't even driving up player numbers by a large amount anymore if you believe steam charts. It's just dragging the normal game mode down at this point. You can't keep sacrificing the base game for…
  • Bots are useless in this game. They break down the second a terror radius shows up. Imagine a significant portion of your team being bots when there are multiple killers. You'd lose every match since the bots would just run around like headless chickens. I don't know how casuals would react but the day they add bots is the…
  • So as much as I hate the lack of killer variety I am actually 10-0 in my survivor games. I would have been 11-0 but I just got a dedicated server error. It might be… too easy? I feel like i'm playing killer in 1v4.
  • Same killers over and over again. Every game I get is some combo of Billy, Blight, Huntress. Hillbilly in particular is not fun to play against at all.
  • I think Behavior severely overestimates how much people enjoy playing against overtuned killers. One of my favorite things about 2v8 last time was not having to worry about Billy flying around the map and insta downing the entire team. I get that it's fun for the person playing him. The problem is it won't be fun at all…
  • Shout out to all the skull merchant players who bled me out and locked me in 30 minute games. Hope you're doing well! also why would you reduce the nightlight kill rates? The real kill rates are always higher than the ones on nightlight.
  • They won't even acknowledge something is wrong.
  • The difference is frequency. The logistics of putting together a four man SWF dedicated to this kind of build makes it so rare that it doesn't matter. On survivor you can get a killer running four slowdowns every 2-3 games. Can gen rushing builds be OP? Sure but lets not act like they're anywhere near as common as high…
  • This is easily the most overhyped perk I have seen in years. It won't be anywhere near as good as people are claiming it's going to be. Everyone will stop using it when they realize how easy it is for killers to counter. People will just camp and down the unhooker. Then he's on death hook. No one in solo queue is going to…
  • He is still good. I have gotten at least a 3K in my last seven Chucky matches. With all of the gens being completed only once and the only escapes being through the hatch. Don't know what more people want when he is already extremely strong and easy to play. I am hardly what you would call an amazing Chucky either.
  • You missed Chucky's Rat Poison addon being thrown into a volcano.
  • Killers being strong is fine outside of a handful of exceptions. The problem is they keep nerfing maps on top of it. You can't keep reworking and releasing every killer into the A tier while we have maps like Haddonfield. If killers are going to be strong as a default then maps should be buffed. They shouldn't be balancing…
  • The hatch should just open a certain amount of time after the second to last survivor goes down. Someone brought up a similar idea in another thread and i'd be completely on board with it. Then close once one person goes through it to prevent multiple people from getting hatch. Make adepts only require a 3K. Killer still…
  • It's just the devs being stubborn. Everyone told them this was a terrible idea from the start. Yet they went ahead with it anyway for no real reason. What they need to do is admit it was a bad idea and get rid of the system entirely. It's definitely not something that makes the game more fun for the majority of players. No…
  • Everyone will get sick of it faster than you think. It's way too limited compared to the base game. You can't make your own build and are severely limited in which killers you can play. After 2-3 versions of it we will be in diminishing returns territory. Then hopefully it will become less frequent.
  • Even killer biased content creators like Otz don't say it's survivor sided anymore and will freely acknowledge that the game is at least moderately killer sided in 99% of matches. I assume it's just an ego thing for a lot of people. No one wants to freely admit that they play the "easy" role. What I do know is that my…
  • I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to add a basic mechanic where survivors can bleed out faster when there are two people left. That and a system that automatically ends the match when all four survivors are slugged with no way to get up.
  • Funny enough I just got out of a game with a Sadako like this on Hawkins. We got absolutely destroyed and could barely even retrieve any tapes. One of our teammates never did manage to retrieve one at all and was out of the game at 4 gens left. At that point the game was just over. I don't know if this is OP or not but it…
  • The Bat Form has to be nerfed significantly. The current state of it has Dracula in the conversation to be an S tier killer. There is basically no cooldown to go from bat form into an M1. It's completely overtuned and also brain dead gameplay. Dracula will be a fair killer once this is solved.
  • I don't actually run into that many people who do it for no reason. It's usually something which happens in games that are total train wrecks. Games where the survivors have no hope of coming back. Something like an S tier killer who ends up with five hooks before the first gen even pops. Then someone sees which way the…
  • This isn't really a hot take to be fair. A lot of experienced killer mains on twitch agree with this sentiment. He's like the 3rd or 4th strongest killer right now. He's basically a better version of spirit.
  • The extra ten seconds on the hook is the best change they have made in a long time. It should have happened when they made the gens longer. I'm not losing any sleep over camping being made weaker.
  • Bat form will be justifiably nuked. Chucky CD will be increased by 2-4 seconds. Rat poison addon will get deleted. No idea about the others.
  • I took it off my build. I tried using it for around a dozen games and it's too slow now to really make it worth using over other perks. Killer has so much time to do whatever he wants that it's not worth using anymore. Back to the same old meta that will continue for the rest of the game's existence.
  • We can't inconvenience the power role. Survivors bleeding out for half the match is fine though.
  • It feels like you're still better off just bringing a cake instead. That's how it subjectively feels in my matches. I find this entire event to be very underwhelming for bloodpoints. Hopefully the next one is a bit better.
  • Everyone is bad after breaks. I used to be quite good at nurse. Can't play her well at all anymore due to so many breaks. Like the above poster it sort of killed my motivation to play her.
  • Yea it's kind of wild that they nerfed this considering how bad slugging is at the moment.
  • I said this in another post but I ran into this exact type of cheater the other day. I've run into plenty of cheaters before but they were never able to give me DC penalties until this one. It's crazy how cheating is so sophisticated now that you literally can't play the game because of it.
  • Go watch his showcases against high level players. He is absurdly strong and I don't know how people can't see it. He's an A+ killer at worst and probably the strongest killer in the game after nurse, blight, billy.
  • This is a direct buff to tunneling which is why it would never happen. Smack someone off the hook and they are guaranteed to go down quickly.
  • I was getting worried that Chucky was going to dodge a justified nerf. I'd like to see them add a few seconds to his cooldown but I suspect it might just be a nerf to Rat Poison.
  • It can happen on both sides and there's nothing you can do about it. I just got out of a game with a cheating Spirit and they forced all of us to DC.
  • There are too many maps for the average player to keep up with. On top of this you have countless variants and countless RNG pallets. It gets worse every time they release a new map and it will only continue to get worse every year the game is in active development. Windows is highly used because it's basically required…
  • What i'm hoping for See anti camp on the HUD. This would make this useless system so much better. Some sort of nerf to the current Bat Form issues Purple tombstone deleted with some buffs to compensate This is all I want.

  • cause there's literally no reason to do the event as survivor. Not worth it at all.
  • Why would you expect otherwise? They aren't even hiding who they make this game for anymore. They've made their intentions clear and even the event balancing shows it.
  • This is the worst survivor has ever been for me in the many years I have been playing. I honestly think I had more fun during the eruption meta. I logged on tonight and got matched with a 10k hour Hillbilly from a comp team called Cynic. I figured it was just a bad game but then I got Nurse, Chucky, Blight all running…
  • If you ignore the part where the pickup isn't instant like before. Actual counter play to slugging that requires half your build and people start crying about it immediately.
  • Logged in for the first time in awhile and i'm still suck at 25%. At this point I think there should be a permanent 50% bonus for both sides with a 150% for the side that is in demand. Having a constant 25% is NOT it. You get basically nothing for playing survivor and the game isn't even worth playing to be honest.
  • I think nerfing windows would be fine on one condition. Get rid of all the map variants and all of the RNG pallets. This kind of random chance has no place in a game that has been going in a more competitive direction. Make every map static with only one version. Like why are there five different versions of badham? Why do…
  • This makes the most sense which is exactly why it won't happen. There is no good reason for the lobby to still exist. Behavior talks about how concerned they are about queue times and yet they still keep the lobby. Most of my time spent waiting for a match is spent in the lobby while multiple people on both sides…
  • Literally just make a system that punishes the most extreme cases of hard tunneling. Hook the same survivor three times in a row while everyone is alive and the remaining survivors get a massive buff to repair speed, healing, unhooking etc. You'd still be able to strategically tunnel late in a match and the game wouldn't…
  • Unironically probably true considering killer is significantly easier on mouse and keyboard. I immediately assume anyone who thinks killer is hard is playing on a controller. The kill rates would probably go up at least 5% if console killers didn't exist.
  • Escape rate is even lower which is the worst part. I want to see the escape rate with dc games NOT thrown out. Isn't that why bots were added?
  • Waiting for someone to come in here with the mental gymnastics and tell you why it's fine for killers and not survivors.
  • Chucky is on the same level as Skull Merchant and Twins for me due to how overtuned he currently he is and due to how sweaty Chucky players are. He isn't technically the strongest killer since Nurse, Blight, and Billy still exist. Doesn't make him any more fun to play against. I actually feel like uninstalling the game…
  • There need to be hard limits on how many perks of each type you can bring. It would severely damage boring playstyles and introduce more perk variety. Two info perks, Two gen perks, Two second chance perks, etc.
