The Blight who is currently bleeding us all out and no hooking in chaos shuffle is definitely doing it because of our perks.
-
Artist is by far the one I see the least. I get a surprisingly large number of twins. (Double their pick rate actually)
-
I haven't played yet during this event but during the last one my teammates would just immediately give up if they got no mither. Either that or the killer would immediately hard tunnel them. A perk that puts you at such a disadvantage does not belong in the mode when killers have no equivalent.
-
I stopped playing the game in general some weeks ago because of how long the queues are lately. Both normal and event modes. I don't have an incentive and I have to sit five minutes in queue. Not worth the time at all. I don't feel like they changed the matchmaking because my games are still over the place in terms of…
-
I just think it's weird to introduce a competitive matchmaking system and not tell people where they stand. Are they afraid people will call out how bad the system is when they see routinely see 10k hour streamers getting matched with low MMR survivors? Are they afraid people will use MMR to talk down to others? As if…
-
Stagnant. Has been that way for years. Not going to change until they do something to make the game more appealing to people who aren't turbo sweats.
-
Pub stomper? He stomps everyone if the Blight is competent and brings a strong build. The other day I was watching Knightlight, Zaka, Skermz, and Alby get destroyed by some random P100 Blight. That's two comp players and two survivor main streamers who play DBD as a job. They couldn't keep up with some random Blight in a…
-
You know it's too strong when it's banned in comp. The amount of Blights I run into who run this perk in builds is incredibly obnoxious.
-
No one needs to prove it because practically every killer main who streams achieves a 90%+ win rate when they are playing to win. There's a mountain of evidence out there for anyone who wants to see it. Someone like me who has 4500+ hours winning the large majority of my killer games in pub matches shouldn't be hard to…
-
I'm not against complexity in general. I'm against complexity in a game that refuses to implement a good matchmaking system out of fear of killer backlash. Complexity is fine when everyone knows what they're doing. It's not fine in the current system where you're guaranteed to get matched with people who are clueless.…

In my data most games where survivors rage quit are unwinnable. Of course this is the problem because no one will agree on what a winnable or unwinnable game is. The rate at which a survivor gives up or goes afk in my games is 13.4%. Roughly 3/4 of those are games I would personally call unwinnable. Most common scenario is…
-
I don't know why they even added bots if they are going to be as pathetic as they currently are. They weren't great when they were added then they randomly decided to nerf them for no reason.
-
This was already tested and it was livestreamed on twitch. Xeno and four other comp players did an experiment where they didn't tunnel, camp, or slug in pub matches. They even agreed not to use their power. Effectively playing as an M1 trapper. They achieved a 90% kill rate across 50 matches.
-
Gens need to go back to 80 seconds with how strong the average killer is now. My understanding was that they did this partially so people wouldn't feel pressured into running full gen slowdown builds. If this was the goal then they utterly failed since people are running MORE slowdown despite killers being much stronger…
-
Get rid of the exposed effect and people will use it. No one in solo queue is going to use a perk that puts them in a prime position to be deleted from the game if the killer is proxy camping. Until then this is just a niche perk that only sweaty SWFs will bother with. It's not even in the top 30 most used perks despite…

Scratched Mirror is one of the most boring things you can go against in this game. It's less pleasant than going against a comp blight who is trying to break the world record for fastest 4K. Every game plays out exactly the same and it's not a good time. It's not "scary" or fun to play against.
-
I've seen it successfully used once in solo queue. Just the latest overhyped perk that is nowhere near as good as people claimed it would be. The exposed effect killed the perk for general use which is exactly what I predicted would happen before it came out.
-
This is basically every other survivor game these days. The rate at which it happens now is actually insane. When I started playing years ago it was a once in awhile type of thing that wasn't a huge deal. Nowadays you can't get away from it. Some killer mains will whine about any changes but the game is becoming borderline…
-
It's definitely overpowered when compared to what it takes to successfully counter it. When people post their statistics on Reddit the kill rate always sky rockets to over 80% when the killer tunnels. I would LOVE to see official statistics of what the kill rate is when the killer tunnels. I get the feeling the number…
-
I don't play much anymore either. Usually just to burn through the tome on the day it releases and then I immediately go back to whatever else I was doing. For me this is the least fun the game has ever been on survivor. I had taken a few breaks prior to this but I just can't get back into it because of how frustrating…
-
Yes. I just log off and don't play at that point. I'm assuming it's the split queues as the main cause. I've noticed the overall quality of the game just goes down in general whenever there are multiple queue . It doesn't matter whether it's an event or a special game mode. The queues are just longer and the match quality…

There isn't a good excuse for Blight and Nurse to still be as powerful as they are currently. S tier killers are a plague that needs to be wiped out. These are the only two killers I feel need major nerfs. Yet Behavior is terrified to make meaningful changes to either of these killers for whatever reason. You load in…
-
I wish they'd get rid of the lobby entirely. It adds nothing to the game and is only used to shop for lobbies. I feel like I have 1-2 minutes of my time wasted every time I want to play a match just from people on both sides dodging. It's one of those things that adds up.
-
There is too much to learn in this game and it gets worse with every update. It's also the reason why windows is so popular. Normal players learning the constantly expanding number of maps is impossible. Behavior makes the learning curve worse by having so much RNG in their maps. One game a pallet might spawn and another…
-
Killer has been the easier role in pub matches for a long time. OhTofu has recently been streaking in both a SWF and on Freddy. He flat out said that winstreaking on the weakest killer in the game is easier than win streaking in a full SWF with competent players. For reference he is SWFing with Xeno (comp player), Zubat,…

I am sick of events in general. Like they are actively making me want to play the game less at this point. All of the points you made are valid in addition to the fact that they make the queue on the regular mode longer. Plus the matchmaking seems to get worse whenever there is an event. Behavior needs to chill with…

The Nurse [Killer Rework] The Blight [Killer tweak] Slugging Overhaul Map changes that fix the nerfs where they went way too far. If killers are going to be strong then maps should be designed around that. Maps like Haddonfield can't exist in a game that keeps releasing oppressive killers like Dracula or the new…
-
Came back to do some event challenges. Have been bled out or slugged for 2+ minutes in 5/6 games. Definitely doesn't happen a lot. Definitely overblown. I'm currently sitting here being bled out by a Pig on RPD.
-
This sort of a thing is a positive. It's stuff like this that gets the worst parts of the game changed for the better. Notice how three genning mysteriously went away when it started getting a ridiculous amount of streamers and youtubers talking about it. The people who play this way will be the first ones to cry when they…
-
Bad matchmaking. Things like a 5000 hour killer and a 500 hour teammate who runs into walls are way too common. Too many things that waste your time. These things aren't bad on their own but they add up over time. Examples are people dodging lobbies and causing it to take you several extra minutes just to start a game.…
-
Slugging changes coming finally? Don't think they asked all of those questions for no reason.
-
The overly optimistic part of me likes to believe there will be an entire update where they delete toxic/excessive slugging and any other things that waste people's time. I'd like to think knock out will be a part of it. I've personally never played against anyone who wasn't using this just for the sake of being toxic. The…

This is the hardest i've laughed at a thread in the entire time i've been on this forum.
-
So I watched his latest video. Scott said she could be overpowered and that some aspects of her kit shouldn't have been buffed as much as they were. His main point was that it's too early to be sure.
-
It's because survivor isn't fun. Especially not in solo queue. To quote something Otz said the other day. "Winning as a killer with one perk is easier than winning in solo queue". The effort required to play solo only to lose in the end just isn't worth your time. I am currently playing DBD less than I have in the past and…
-
At this point I think it's a deliberate effort by Behavior to make people earn less BPs. Between these last few events and the fact that there is rarely a good BP incentive anymore.
-
He was overbuffed when they took his scamper away. I don't think they should have reduced his dash speed though. I would rather they revert everything except the extra cooldown. The problem most people had with Chucky wasn't that his power itself is too strong. It's that it was possible to spam it because the cooldown was…
-
I'd be very surprised if he said this. Hens is associated with the comp scene and they allow crouch teching against strong killers. Even so called "high level" players don't think it's an issue.
-
Hopefully Blight or Nurse if we're lucky.
-
Glad to see him get a nerf to be honest. The Hens showcase showed how busted he is against even a well coordinated group of survivors. Pair that with how extremely easy he is to play and you have a justified nerf.
-
The game was being carried by novelty game modes this year. These new modes brought in a lot of players. The novelty has worn off as shown by how much lower the player counts were in the second version of 2v8. It wasn't going to keep that high forever. The population is just going back to where it would usually be. The…
-
Hens suggested it should be basekit after being slugged for two minutes. This would punish excessive slugging and not normal gameplay.
-
I noticed the incentive stopped working less than a day before the last version of Lights Out. I am usually stuck at 25% and rarely go above that. My queues seem longer too. They obviously broke something and either don't know how to fix it or don't care. The incentive does NOT work the same way it used to.
-
4500 Hours and don't get anxiety. The possibility of losing doesn't bother me in the slightest. Judging by end game chats some killer mains seem to have an existential crisis if they lose. I've never understood this type of reaction and never will. I guess some people are just wired differently.
-
You might as well just delete basekit BT if you're going to do this. You would basically be guaranteed to die if you got hooked in the end game except in the very unlikely situation that your teammate brought the perk. This basically just gives the killer a free kill that the survivor has no counterplay for. Survivors USED…
-
I don't think it will change much. People who want out will just run to the killer and give up. The killer can bleed them out but the game will still be ruined for everyone else. If they start banning people then they will start doing it in more subtle ways. Like act as if they are trying only to run into a wall mid chase.…
-
I actually finally did give up on playing survivor for the most part. The only time I play survivor is when there is a new event/special game mode or if a new page opens up in the tome. Playing solo survivor in the current state of the game is one of the most miserable experiences I have ever had in online gaming. I…
-
The people who are defending thrill will defend anything that benefits killer. It doesn't matter how ridiculous it is or what the most well known killer players think of it. These are the same people who defended old eruption and three gen skull merchant by trying to pass it off as a skill issue on the part of survivors..…
-
After watching several videos on thrill of the hunt I agree. I have no idea how this ever got through the ideas stage. Now the question is do we have to suffer through it for a long period of time like the eruption meta or will they nip it in the bud before it gets out of control.
-
You're arguing with a forum full of players who passionately argued that nurse isn't actually overpowered and survivors just need to git gud. Good luck and may god help you.
