leaving this here. It seems to be tied to frame rate. https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/384776/pc-the-nurse-blink-issue#latest Kinda stupid I have to play on lower frames just to be able to play my favourite character but I hope this at least confirms that this is indeed a bug and not the intended feature.
