You have to have the evidence in a video format otherwise they won't do anything. ANd they won't tell you the result at well. Last time I checked, the hacker I reported only had his profile turned private. He initially had 1 game ban and 1 VAC ban. Still the same after turning private.

People most of the time can only tell from rampant hackers like hatchets GF. Imagine those who only sue hack to speed up just a tiny bit and map hack to pinpoint each player. Without a proper replay system these hacks will never be detected, at least not by EAC.
