Deadhard leaves me foaming at the mouth with anger so much while playing with and against it that I've sworn off the perk entirely.

Ruin does so much gen regression that it's not even a question. A better one would be Ruin and Pop or Ruin and Undying. Would you rather have incredibly strong regression with pretty strong regression backing it up or have incredibly strong regression for a longer period of time but without anything backing it up?

Imo they are definitely not as strong as before but with a good enough box or enough team coordination they can still raise mad hell especially if you're running a BNP, Prove Thyself and/or Fast Track,

I'd be happy with it as long as they did some balancing tweaks for perks, addons, killers etc as well.

It is annoying to have your game cut short but I feel like killers dcing is less egregious than survivors dcing because when you dc as killer you're only really hurting your own rank while as a survivor you not only screw yourself over but you also make the game nearly unwinnable for the other survivors.
