Yeah they could do a lot more with the doctor. I especially like the idea of another survivor appearing as the doctor. Could make for some scary OR funny encounters.

I think it could still work. The killer would need to disguise as an exact copy of one of the survivors, clothes and all. There would be the initial confusion for a few seconds while people are figuring out exactly which survivor is the killer and that could be all the killer needs to transform and start attacking players.

Self care - Sprint burst - Urban evasion - Empathy This is my typical build as I like to mostly sneak around and fix gens, but also heal people and get hook rescues too.

Some sort of shape shifter would be awesome. The panic when you notice that there are actually 5 survivors in the game lol.
