  • Honestly the base overdrive speed in ptb is too slow to do anything to competent survivors at most tiles. Iri engravings will be a mandatory addon to have fun tbh. As others have said, these changes just revert billy to needing to engravings every game, which is undesirable .. and then boots or cooldown or overdrive…
