Every so often Pinhead loses the ability to use his M2 ability, though the box still stays active. I'm not sure why this happens but he is reduced to an M1 killer with passive slowdown/chainhunt.
My tome challenge is stuck at 4/6 even if I get more than 2 hooks in a game. Has been stuck since before Level 4 of Tome 16 released.
