Yes ! the developpers are probably already busy monitoring everything cannibal and hillbilly performances and verifying that everything linked to Tome IV is ready for tomorrow :)

I think its because if they were Event rarity the devs would have to put them in the in-game shop so everyone could afford them. I missed 1 reward (the Deathslinger's gun) and I don't think I'll ever be able to get it :(

Restarting a couple of times worked. Just restart once to make them appear and another time to unlock them - or even more if it is still locked. Good luck :D

OK STOP. You guys have to STOP comparing Legacy and Event cosmetics. It's getting old. Legacy was not an event ! It was a way to thank people for supporting the game in its early years. Well that's the thing. Some people find it unfair that the skins would be handed out for free when they tried so hard to earn them. So I tried to come up with a fair compromise based on what the devs intentions are with their game :D
