Unless the obsession gets a 2nd different sounding reminder every few minutes, then no. Because the one when the match starts is very different.

It's after the match has started during gameplay. I notice it most frequently on the older maps like Autohaven or MacMillan, but I've also heard it on Backwater Swamp before.

I've been trying this challenge for like 2 days in every match I could. I tried hiding within 5 seconds of starting a chase, within 5 seconds of escaping a chase, and even 5 seconds of starting and losing the killer. None of them worked. I can verify that it is currently bugged as well.
