Pc Player here. I’ve noticed as well that her scream is much louder than other survivors when they are hooked. Other survivors also can’t hear her when she is downed, her downed sound is mute.

I think they attempted to fix the hook scream but you still cannot hear her when she’s downed. Also, her hook scream is VERY loud to other survivors, I hope they fix it soon.
