I agree I would not run CI and Ruin together; when they see CI, survivors have a tendency to look for totems instead and they can be much harder to find early on as a result, and cost you the Ruin prematurely. Definitely, if you want it to go far arc it (kinda like trying to get Huntress's hatchets over a wall). A good strategy if they don't have any pallets or windows to get to quickly is to get right up on their booty and spew a full charge on them.

Honestly, if you like the game enough to put in that much time and love into playing it, go for it. Honestly it's not ACTUALLY worth it, but if you have the time it'd be a cool thing to have done.
