Yeah, but the problem is not the toxicity, it's the "suicide" subject, like said by mazoobi38 : There is no way to tell it to someone, it's not just "salt", you don't seem to realize how much this kind of word can have huge impact on Internet.

Totally agree with you. Even if the community has sometimes cool things to share with you, most of time, it's just toxix as hell. Chat should be removed from the game, or at least ban definitely people for talking about such subject.

That's not the question, I'm not concerned by this, chat filter is for another problem. The problem, like someone said, is the toxicity at human scale. It is not normal to say this kind of thing, it can tremendously hurt some people and has really dark repercussion on them.
