We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Yes! 100% Agreed. I think it should work regardless of being in the actual Terror Radius or not. It should be physical radius of the killers position, proximity of the killer (whether in stealth/cloaked or not).
