  • To be fair, there is NO way to buff a killer, without pissing off survivors, since they wanna live. I think both ideas are great and i really hope for buffs that make him Mid tier- Low high tier

  • I mostly agree with you! Also i think, that perks like NOED/Rancor etc. should work on his Frenzy as a 2 Hit mechanic!
