That's not really fixing the problem. The problem is that the game goes too fast without the perk but it's bs that we have to waste a perk slot for something that should be in the game automatically.

Isn't that a fun challenge though. No perk challenge is fun sometimes and the rift is nothing but a way to make the game more fun by forcing you to do genuinely hard challenges unlike the daily rituals.

Gen rushingnis completing the the objective as fast as possible. The killer equivalent of that is downing, hooking, and finding the next survivor as quick as possible. Face camping is not at all the killer equivalent of gen rushing.

Lightweight does work there's a comparison video on YouTube and i honestly dont think it needs a buff. It's viable at purple ranks and at red if paired with other stealth perks.

I think all the perks are fine except adrenaline. I suggest keeping the same healing ability but reduce the speed to 50%/60%/70% for 5 seconds, and you stay exhausted forever once activated.
