Maybe they log the individual games (sessions) played and now they filter all games with Bubba and then try to connect that session with a player. If it's that way, then i see how you can mess this up

okay, you can't read between the lines and really need some explanation? only few people left = there were once more, what happened to them? well, obviously they stopped complaining, they've given up and/or waiting quietly
