Also happens with Huntress and Trapper from what i've seen after playing some more. Doesn't happen on Nemesis, Blight, and Plague. Seems like a lot of the older killers are getting this, if not specifically the older killers then the ones with the default vault animation.

From what I've heard, he does actually chatter when teleporting and in his mori. I haven't bought the skin yet so I'm not 100% sure of that, though.

PTB's only accessible to Steam Users iirc, but if you're on steam all you have to do is go to your game Library, right click on Dead By Daylight's name, click properties, then go to betas.
