  • Adrenaline will have activated and recovered you - deactivating Plot Twist perahps? The wording of Plot Twist states that recovering by any other means deactivates the perk.

  • The wording of Plot Twist is "this perk deactivates if you recover by yourself by any means". The game is prioritising Unbreakable and thus deactivating Plot Twist thereafter. I'm not sure it's a bug.
