And separate perk or maybe item: walkie talkie :) And ability for killers: sensitivity to radio waves :)

Its too late to start tunnel and camp on red ranks, when you have 1-2 gens left... At this point you most likely to loose this round.

As a killer I don't care if surv have DS or not. I will tunnel him anyway. Because I forced to tunnel, when I see survs are gen rushing.

You do not need to complete this challenge in one game. You can slug last surv, close the hatch and then hook him.

About "It won't stop people from killing themselves on first hook instead": Then just give killer all points for remaining hook count on this player + some bonus (that he potentially gets for chaising and hitting that player). And maybe some gen repair speed bonus to survivors (questionable).
