Yeah, I'm wondering why.

I've noticed when playing as Nemesis, you'll hear random crates opening as well. Like someone is near by opening the Vaccine Boxes.

This was an instance where I was the last survivor left in the trial, I unhooked the other guy with BT and he made it out, giving me deliverance in the process. I was then hooked, and was on first hook as the last survivor so I was immediately sacrificed.
