Thank you for the opinion! What if these modified hooks count as Scourge Hooks? That way the killer could choose where to place them, taking advantage of it. In addition to the other benefits of the perk.

I just noticed that it might conflict with the Huntress' other perk. Then the basement hooks cannot be modified.
