  • Is it too much to ask to maybe play as the specific killer and learn their tactics and playstyles to combat them when playing survivor? Just me then. I don't mind playing against the spirit. Every killer can be anticipated. It helps to learn workarounds for their powers instead of getting them nerfed because people cant…
  • 4 survivors on a gen, and theyve had a toolbox or 2. It sucks but it happens. Also you went the wrong direction at the start. Just bad luck.
  • Honestly I find a lot of these forums funny because i literally play for fun lol I still enjoy the thrill of out smarting either side (respectfully). To me, thats the real purpose of the game. And if you come across a camper/tunneler/locker camper etc just deal with them as your skill allows and move on. Maybe consider a…
  • True :( I like the idea of having a timer but you may just give up if you are against trapper, hag, hillbilly, doctor and more
  • That seems like an unnecessary change to make for such a rare occurrence. If I see that same survivor in a short period of time I'll just leave them for a while. I can understand that it deactivates after a hook but I wouldn't like my perk being deactivated by another survivor lol
  • It seemed more fair the old hatch. If the killer was camping the hatch, work a gen and startle him a bit :) I loved seeing them panic when I complete a gen and they contemplate locating me lol
  • It's like when they teabag at the exit gate even though someone's on the hook. To me it's not a victory if you don't attempt to save them. But yeah it's a real problem also having the second last survivor camp on the hatch or the exit. Hopefully they update it to make this less of an issue in the future
  • I have the same issue. I honestly don't know how to escape except hope I get lucky and he places his trap slightly wrong. Same as Billy, he can skip between gates especially if they're in close proximity
  • Well if they're solely doing gens and not other things like rescuing survivors, healing, cleansing totems and just interacting with the game in general... Yeah. It probably is a problem.
  • Us. The players, who else? I'm not saying anything about rules at all. It may not be illegal or against the 'rules' but there's a reason why people complain about it. Same as survivors who hide in lockers and just crouch around a rock. This is ' surviving ' but still bullshit. There's a reason why there's a score penalty…
  • Yes, yes it is. Arguably, against the spirit of the game is camping the hook tbf..
  • I completely agree. I don't mind how people play or if I get harassment. If I get camped or tunnelled I just use DS and Borrowed Time. Especially after rank reset where it's common. I'm not saying harassment is justified, I'm just saying it's inevitable by the way you play. I get harassed for using DS and honestly don't…
  • I never said it's a reason to harass someone..? but it IS going to attract bad messages in reality. And the things you've listed cannot be compared to camping and tunneling, it's the objective.
  • Well, are you camping Or tunneling like they say? I don't condone harassment ofcourse but this sounds like the cause.
  • I play survivors mostly and I don't mind ruin. I especially love when thrill of the hunt is on too because I taunt the killer and sometimes be a great distraction for my team. But ruin isn't a big issue in my opinion. It creates a separate objective and lengthens the game. Nothing worse than a quick game for both sides.…
  • I think the hatch should spawn in when the second last survivor dies. That way your hatch hunt begins and you can't let them die because you are sitting on the hatch. Happens so often to me where I'm.hooked for the very first time and am hanging there for the full red bar watching the other survivors aura staying in one…
  • I usually have Decisive strike and borrowed time to balance between myself and my teammates being camped. Kindred is helpful too so others can see where the killer is. Unfortunately once off the hook it's down to yourself to get clear before they down you again. Sometimes avoidable and sometimes not. So... I guess just…
  • In my humble opinion DS is a great perk and doesn't need a nerf. I use it when rank reset occurs because more often than not, the killer lets me be rescued from the hook and then hits me when his path is clear. Too many times I've been farmed at the hook and with my internet taking 20 minutes to get into the game, it feels…
  • I can see how you would find it annoying. I think it's a good counter to being immediately downed after being rescued. And I wouldn't say it's an 'absolute' immunity, I find myself missing my skill check more often that getting it lol maybe if the perk was linked in some way to the killers terror radius it might work…
