It's a pretty similar conversation. "Hey, we need to change this trophy as a QOL sort of balance." I don't think they care enough to reject a request from the developer.

I'm here to chime in! I'm very close to 100% for DBD (including All-Kill chapter!) and I'm telling you this is farrrrr too time consuming for someone on console! Please change it! I know Overwatch changed several trophies and continue to do so, so it's possible! Please and thank you! <3

Can confirm. Survivors do not scream at all, used to be able to hear them, and now they don’t make a peep. Been a problem for two months now.
