Spies from the Shadows appears to be triggering on hooked survivors occasionally. Not sure if the crows are finding them on the hook or where they got knocked down, just that the birds are really panicky about people on hooks.

I definitely noticed an uptick in the number of smurf crews and troll crews right after the ranking reset. If anything they seem to be getting a bit less frequent, but still more common than they were a week ago. Then again, I've only been playing since the Halloween sale so I don't have a ton of historical data to compare…
