This bug takes away from the atmosphere and it doesnt make sense for it to only work in some parts of the map. It's a lot better when it affects the entire map.

This should never have left the game, its such a nice detail that made the atmosphere a lot more scarier and actually gave the game a spooky feeling which there isn't much of that left since these details are slowly being taken out of the game :(
