Thanks for the answers, i love both builds but im better at using whispers so i'll probably take @Lx_malice 's build

I chose to have both whispers and rancor in the build, i think it will go well with ruin and sloppy

is there other substitutes, i was thinking of whispers nurses calling or bitter murmur will it be good cuz i dont own all dlc and i think these perks are also pretty good
