If you have any licensed survivors/killers, I suggest them unless you plan to buy cosmetics. Prestiging really is just bloody clothes. You'll probably only feel it's "benefit" if you go beyond level 50 bloodwebs several times.

Saw an Adam use Deliverance as soon as he got hooked in the basement. Thought I just saw the dumbest thing ever until I saw the killer got DS'd. A bit off topic but it does have some synergy with DS so I suggest using it if you can.
