I don't like the idea of "Temporaly skins", so i thought a fair way to give them: It was given to players who "leveled enough" on 2016; so, a fair way to give them now, is to "level enough", and P100 is something hard to get, so i think is a far way, and giving a P100 reward, will give an incentive to players to reach P100

The XP offerings exist on DBD Mobile, and in the PTB 4.5.0 added a lot of icons from DBD mobile, such as perks and offering categories, and the XP offerings... so... maybe they are adding it... or maybe just want to have the same files in dbd mobile and PC...

You need the Silent Hill DLC to unlock, and do it on the main screen (Where you choose between play surv, play killer, or play custom)

Hawkings is not bugued, just you probably fix another gen, the special gen is NOT the gen in the portal, is the gen upstairs, the one who is alone in a room, check the map page in the gamepedia to see a picture of the gen (I discovered there).

Splinter offerings only appear if you don't have the killer (If you have the DLC, uncheck them and restart the game, then the splinters will appear) (Anyway, are ultra rare offerings)

I hit a survivor (healed, not injured) near a opened door with Myers tier 3, and the perk activated and didn't get downed and escaped, so, the perk activate after the 3 hits, being the survivor injured or not

If a partner farm me, i can use it again; if killer don't tunnel, i won't use it neither once

I only can use it if the killer is tunneler, anyway 2 times is the max amount of times XD (Know that DS is not on my set of perks)

i did it, i finally, after 3 matches, i could down a survivor with frenzy, while other survivor have deep wound, but doesn't count, i need to down him normal???

That skin is not on the game files, so i don't think so, at least for the chapter release cosmetics (Maybe on a future is added, but not yet)

If you saw how much hacks used some players to get legacy, and with a private profile are unpunished because if you can't see the achivements, you can't get evidence of the hack

That happened to me, i leveled Jake to level 40 (I reched level 40 on october, 2016) and then i leveled Claudette for self care, when i was near level 30 with her, november 24 arrived, so i lost legacy 1 with jake :(
