The first one, it really hasn't. Matches are random as ever. Maybe it has an effect if its really really high or really really low, but if its anywhere in between you have an equal chance to get a team of babies or a team of loop gods.

Agreed. Survivors only need to use 2 of their combined 16 perks to stop NoED. With Small Game and Counter Force it is perfectly reasonable to have every un-booned totem broken.

Rank doesn't match make you, after a few losses your MMR should fall back into the 'completely random opponents' zone. Unless you are one of the hundreds of people with the 'loose but MMR somehow never goes down' bug.

Despite being a killer main I've only encountered the perk once since it was changed. It was annoying but even with a body block they did not wiggle out.
