Update : It seems like the cap is 1 million + 50k for the Log in. However without the log-in (IE spending the BP) you can still get up to that number.

I assumed it was Overcome, simply because the perk and exhaustion happened.

Actually, no. The achievement calls for "Merciless Killer", nothing else.

Not a bug, it isn't like it was a couple of years ago. It isn't get a 4k with the killer w/ his perks. It's get a Merciless Victory which is pretty much hitting max everything and double pipping. Glad I wasn't the only one, to be rather honest. Getting kind of annoyed since I was so excited to paly with the UI changes and the bug-fixes just to be hit with an EAC bug and know we can't even play.
