Pretty good honestly! Games are pretty smooth/fair. I do escape more often than not. The long drawn out matches where everyone is being hooked/taking turns are the best. I thought w/ Blight & Nurse it'd be a mess but very happy w/ how they've been handled. Just fix killer que times!
-
Big surprise the perk BHVR nerfed that countered aura reading isn't played at all now or very little. When there's over 20+ aura reading perks on killer side, god forbid survivors have something reliable to combat it. Yes it hurts solo survivor but I disagree with your point. It doesn't define a match and you'll still be…
-
Yea no problems. Its actually faster for me than queing up for the halloween event. Extremely fast ques for me. NA East if that matters.
-
I wouldn't have a huge issue with Coldwind if they didn't change up jungle gyms. IDK why they did but those tiles that replaced jungle gyms are absolutely awful for survivors and basically gives the killer a free hit if you try to play it. REVERT the tile changes & bring back the old jungle gyms.
-
This game is missing a lot. Keep in mind this game's been out for 8 years now (or nearly). I could go on a rant but whats the point, lol. BHVR gonn BHVR like they usually do. Exhaustion and bitter acceptance is where I'm at.
-
I don't.
-
They will never do this b/c it hurts their approach to development a lot more than it helps it. If they did this, they wouldn't be able to hide behind their stats when they make questionable changes to killer powers and perks overall. And even IF they ever did release statistics for everything, would you believe them at…
-
I mean if your team snowballs the match before a single gen is completed, there's no obligation on you to stick it out. At the same time, there have been so many matches that were looking like a loss but the team turns it around. But yea, most of the time I'd say if a match is snowballed heavily for the killer before a…
-
These 2 posts sum it up. No, I do not like Dracula.
-
I can't exactly agree with you since just the other day, I looped a Huntress on DDS for over 3 minutes while my 2 remaining teammates did the last 2 gens and they had NWO so we were delayed even more getting out. She made the mistake of staying in chase with me instead of going for the worse players & that ended w/ us 3…
-
Hmmm this a tough one cause there's a good # of very oppressive and high pressure killers. I'll give it to my man, the Oni.
-
Shouldn't be able to see across a map clearly. Bring old fog back please (still no explanation as to why it was removed in the first place).
-
If this is the route we're going, I should start demanding a refund for investing in a character for certain perks that I bought. But I'm not going to do that cause I'm not entitled. You bought something knowing it full well could be buffed or nerfed. You got the latter. Now suddenly its 'I want a refund or compensation'.…
-
I wish they'd bring him in. He's an awesome killer but yea, very similar to Trapper. Both movies were so good (if you havent watched the movies, seriously go watch it!).
-
Yea … don't blame you at all. Let em all die (while doing gens) & try for hatch. At least you give yourself a chance instead of guaranteeing the killer a 4K by running at him like those players. I never feel bad letting those types of players die. I just accept it and 'go next' mentality. They have no problem ruining a…
-
Sucks more people don't run fog offerings, I miss the spooky/darker feel of the maps. Also don't know why they removed so much of it. If you look at old videos, you'll see such a huge difference. Its like night/day.
-
Omg yes! Definitely a lot of potential with this, I'd be all for it.
-
Yea IK the company has done that to OTHER people but that isn't Homelander. Were talking specifically about Homelander and Wesker. Also Butcher in the comics, turns out to be the omega villain (which I think the show is leaning towards in the final season). By the end, Butcher has Kimiko, Frenchie and Mother's Milk killed.…
-
Now THIS I can get behind. Goated movie.
-
While Wesker started as a human character, his actions and transformations throughout the series blur the lines between humanity and monstrosity. He can no longer be considered fully human, as his physical and biological makeup have been significantly altered by the Uroboros virus and his own experiments. His humanity is…
-
Honestly, the times I've been salty are 99.5% directed at my teammates. If you play solo que exclusively, you'll understand this. Where as when I'm killer, I SEE a lot of the survivors doing dumb things and I just shake my head, knowing I don't have to worry about them giving me a loss.
-
Wesker fits 100x more. He's dark, he belongs to RE, and actually has 'monster-like' powers. Uroboros Virus: A virus developed by TRICELL. If Wesker uses an unusually large amount of Uroboros, he will turn into a monstrosity. It increases his strength and durability, as well as granting him a few new abilities. Body…
-
Meh, not really. Yea he's evil, but thats it. Doesn't really fit the whole DbD theme. Doesn't really make sense having him somehow be swallowed up by the Entity and put into its realm. It'd just feel weird.
-
It 100% should be. But no it isn't. Also, reporting does almost nothing unless you got actual proof like a video to go along with it. Which almost no casual or average person will have ready or even be using any external program to capture it. Most people just load up and play. All that is captured by BHVR when you file an…
-
Cause its inconsistent and unfair + lots of people running tracking killers which takes even more fun out of the match. Or they're playing Dredge.
-
Yea and no one's really surprised by it. They don't even police their in-game reports unless you have proof of someone hacking, cheating/exploiting or using truly abusive behavior. They put the responsibility on the player reporting, so if something does happen, you need to be recording it. And most people don't record…
-
Nerfing SWF, not so much. Bringing solo que players up to SWF levels or enabling them to be much stronger is definitely possible. People just don't want to add the 1 thing that will help and thats voice comms. This community is incredibly against it (cause they fear the toxicity) however every MP game has it enabled,…
-
Will second this. Completely forgot about it.
-
Freddy is one of my favorite killers in terms of lore & movies (loved him in Freddy vs Jason) b/c he likes to toy and play around with his victims before he slaughters them & the fiery effect behind him really drives that home. Sadistic and I LOVE IT, hehe.
-
Are you OK dude? Seems you just want to argue or attack. I answered the OP's question and you came in here like a hothead. If your reading comprehension is this bad, I guess go with your rationale.
-
You just said it yourself, its unfair. The point stands. It has nothing to do with difficulty, if it was fair for both sides, people would still play it. It is not fun b/c it is not fair. 1 side has a lot more going for it (just like in 1.0). And yes, ofc some people still play it. I never said not to. I'm listing reasons…
-
Not the problem at all. Inconsistency/unfairness factor is. And that takes away the fun, even when you do escape. Doesn't feel rewarding.
-
Reasons (IMO): Lots of players playing killers that track easily. Tracking is too strong in this game mode and goes against the whole idea of playing in the dark. Legion, Myers, etc. Not seeing where you're going is not fun. Especially against Dredge. Dredge players. Don't really gotta expand on this. Everything hidden on…
-
And they will say NO to all your refund requests. They aren't obligated to give you your money back. If I had your reasoning, I'd request refunds on a lot of characters I bought solely for their perks, only for those perks to be thrown into the gutter cause 'too strong/OP'. Doesn't work like that, my man. You bought a…
-
Yup.
-
This is an overall W from devs. Very good news. If you enjoyed her or mained her, thats on you. She's by far one if not the most boring killer to face. I don't feel bad at all. Hopefully she never gets reworked or revived from this state and she disappears into the void. Awful killer design.
-
Don't sweat it man. I just had a match against Dredge on Ormon, and he got 3 hooks before our first gen (granted, in LIGHTS OUT mode). Not only that, the 3 teammates just kept going for saves, without healing. Going down in 10 second chases, impossible to build any pressure. I ended up doing 2 gens, went for a save but was…
-
Hell yea! I mean I'd rather she just be deleted from the game but I get that they can't do that. This will do just fine, thank you devs.
-
Vecna is pretty good against people who aren't very aware of Vecna's kit or what they're looking to do in chase versus you. I think I'm a pretty good survivor against Vecna but I can't stress this enough. Do NOT panic throw pallets or pre drop them. Instead, take a look around and see what you can potentially chain into.…
-
I'm not going to make excuses that the biased killer mains are making ('you just had an off day, it happens' LOL). But it seems you guys aren't very good, b/c you shouldn't be losing this much if you're actually playing to win w/ a 4 stack. You are bringing so many advantages to the match and still losing. This is not the…
-
No As reply says
-
I'll keep it 10/10 1hundid stack with you. Lights Out was pretty bad. Most people tried it out and immediately stopped playing it (after they obtained the event rewards). It favored one side drastically unless they were very very bad or meming. Chaos Shuffle was the better one. Not by much. But it was better. The mode we…
-
Completely disagree. P100 is and will always be a TIME INVESTMENT. Nothing more. You can be complete garbage at this game, both sides and regardless, you get BP and can level/prestige up. It has almost little to no correlation w/ skill. You can have absolutely no map/UI/situation awareness and still rank up till you…
-
No, if you look at some of the old maps, they had atmosphere and immersion. A lot more fog too. Most maps are incredibly washed out in color and have almost no fog. And most people don't even run the offering for more fog. Wish it'd be reverted.
-
The biggest downside to her is her CD reduction to loading up hatchets in 2v8. Which means she can miss hatchets and basically not be punished w/ the slowdown. She'll miss a shot and almost immediately load another hatchet up. A lot of players are just…uhm, bad (dont tell them that!).
-
It was fun at the start. For 1 game session. I think people are just really receptive to it b/c its more or less, the same as 1v4 but with more people & any change is good change. This game's been out for nearly 8 years (correct me if I'm wrong, just ballparking here atm) & it took them 7+ years to start adding in other…
-
No not really. Its just an easy game to boot up for a few matches at the end of the night. No real comp scene, nothing to strive towards, 1 default game mode w/ some temporary variety sprinkled in.
-
I asked you a hypothetical that you didn't answer b/c we both know your answer. WoO is not a problem, you saying it is a problem doesn't make it one. Weave + Franklins is a problem as it completely negates items while also giving you tons of information on a near constant basis during the match. Your rationality for a nerf…
-
Agreed with this & I think most people can easily identify that this forum is killer sided for the most part. My observation too. Not trying to make it a us vs them though cause I actually love discussing things on both sides, as long as blatant bias isn't shown (but it is a lot of times). I get OPs point, though.
-
So I'm going to address your entire post in points. So you say Weave + Franklins is not a problem. But I ask you this; if survivors were able to dismiss/disable your killer add-ons + get aura to see where you are, would you not have a problem with it? Most people don't just go around a corner and drop the item, b/c (you…
