I sure hope the Haddie and Dredge outfits come back for sale. The yare new characters and have next to nothing for cosmetics

I don't understand why they don't have the Haddie cosmetics available? Like she only has 1 outfit and they other 2 are locked behind exclusivity of prime and the masquerade. Have they ever done this to new characters before?

Does the rift re-release of cosmetics include anniversary as well?
