Does it still stack beyond 24m? Back when it was 8m, the devs put in a hard cap at 24m killer detection range so that only a maximum of two open-handed effects would work with it. Does Kindred and Open-handed still interact like it did before? If it does, has the cap of 24m detection range been removed, or is it still present in the current build?

I managed to fix this issue by uninstalling Steam in its entirety and running it as administrator. It's a really inconvenient fix, especially if you have a lot of games installed, or have a poor internet connection, but that's what did it for me. Fortunately, I only have two other games installed besides DbD.
