I have now been able to successfully submit a support ticket. Will keep posted on further notice.

I had noticed the auras not popping up the day before and I restarted it. They still hadn’t been popping up so I quit playing that day. The next day I got the new killer update (Ghost Face or whatever) and it erased everything. All I have done is restart it and redownload it. I have not experienced a hard crash of any sort.
