To answer your doubt I did modify the GameUserSettings.ini files Vsync/FPSlimit lines ONLY but had the bug months before I even knew this file existed. Same for some friends who happened to have the audio bug and they still don't know about this file, therefore didn't touch it. So basically having to delete a folder to…
