Still happening to me every day. Even if it isn’t me that is disconnected there is at least one player that is disconnected from almost every match.

Their comment was posted a month before the singularity’s release. This has been happening since January for a lot of us and I can confirm it is still happening to me there has not been a fix yet.

Still happening at least once a day. Just tried to grab an invitation and my game froze then received “Dedicated server is not responding disconnecting…” error with a 15 minute penalty. The least BHVR could do is remove DC penalties for the event, I know someone who keeps receiving 24 hour penalties due to this error.

“Dedicated server is not responding disconnecting…” against Nurse on Autohaven Wreckers. Not sure what caused this one.

Playing on Xbox Series S on East Coast US servers. My game froze while trying to uncloak as Wraith, I was kicked out of the match and received a “Dedicated server is not responding disconnecting…” error in the end game screen along with a DC penalty. A few other instances where I received the error in the endgame screen…

Yup, I created a new account just to see what would happen and have never been kicked from that account. My account that I get kicked from has years of progress and money put into it, so I would much prefer to be able to play on that one. Super weird that the error is only affecting select accounts and has nothing to do…

Yup, same thing has been happening on my account but once I switch over to a new account I don’t get dc’d. There’s a thread on my page with a lot of other people having this problem.

I saw someone on another thread telling people to turn off their tome challenges to stop disconnects and it worked for about two days, now i’m getting the kicked even more frequently. I didn’t realize there was an actual setting to turn off the tome tracking hud so i’ll have to try this too. Thanks for the info! EDIT:…

Yup, this is what i’ve been doing making sure my timer never gets above 15 minutes and taking breaks to reset it entirely. I’m still getting the disconnected from host error after the most recent patch… Kinda interested to see if they remove DC penalties when they introduce the bots to replace players who DC in public…

A lot of players have been having this issue, there's a long thread on my page that I'm hoping gets some acknowledgement soon.

This sounds a liiittle more hopeful than the usual email responses from BHVR... I honestly can't thank you enough for putting so much work into this. This thread has been at the top of bug reporting since April and I'm still crossing my fingers we get some kind of acknowledgement soon.

This is awesome I’ll have to try this! currently getting kicked every other match again. I have a clip of it happening, but it doesn’t seem to want to attach to the report.

It's extremely frustrating! I really appreciate everyone continuing to interact on this post, it is keeping it towards the top of the bug reporting page so more people are likely to see it. BHVR will have to acknowledge us eventually.

Responding to this comment to update everyone real quick… So unfortunately BHVR still has not yet addressed this issue and it looks like there is no mention of server issues in the newest patch notes. fr I’ve tried to get bvhr’s attention several times and they insist it’s an internet issue. My internet is perfectly fine, I don’t even get kicked from my in game party or xbox party whenever it happens. It has to be a dbd server issue but they refuse to look into it :/

Came back here to say it’s happening again most likely due to the new update. Also Looks like this post is still pending and bhvr doesn’t want to do anything about it.

This happens to me all the time as both killer and survivor exactly as you described. Unfortunately I haven’t found a solution yet and dbd doesn’t seem to care at all even though it is not an internet issue.

I play both killer and survivor and have never once had a problem countering these perks I really don’t understand the reason for nerfing them. If someone is abusing the perks then take the loss and move on it doesn’t happen that often for me to complain.

This is happening to me at the moment I’ve restarted both the game and my console and i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The only thing that did work was playing the game through cloud gaming but it made the game almost unplayable with lag.
