Only difference, when survivors body block, the killer can hit them. Yeah it would delay getting to the hook, but the survivor will take a hit and will have to leave to heal or be put into dying state. One of the main reasons i love this game is the cat/mouse chase. Duh, the whole map is a dangerous place. Wasn't down there because I went willing, was saved off the hook and they trapped myself and the rescuer.
