I'm Japanese and I've often heard people in Japan wondering why there is no hillbilly. It's sad that only Billy was omitted, even though he has been around since the implementation of the game😥 I think his chainsaw looks great on screen🙄

The nerf to the instasaw and the tuning guide makes a lot of sense,Because I was making it easier for him to play. But the addition of overheating made him a killer, not fun. I understand until you make it weaker, but I don't understand until you make it less fun.

Based on past usage, I can understand the nerfing, but the add-on changes and the addition of Overheat seem like overkill. He's become a killer that I wouldn't recommend to either beginners or experts...

the Overheat retired Billy's Experts. They are using another killer. I want Revving adds ＆ Sprinting adds lowered a bit. Or Heat dissipates at a rate is increase. I miss Hillbilly.

Some experts leave billy because of the Overheat system. Some beginners leave billy because of the Addon adjustment. Couldn't you have made a better adjustment ? I miss Billy😥
