It's a code you get after you buy the game and link your steam account to a behaviour account. But it seems it's only redeemable on PC which I pray is a glitch? Would not be fair at all if the skin is exclusive to one platform. Also makes no sense considering all prime skins, etc have universal codes regardless of platform.

It's not even about playing longer? It's the fact that some people spent time prestiging their characters and losing items and offerings and they aren't getting compensated for it.
