Why can't bad killers use noed? Using noed can help killers learn the game and assist them in learning the basics, getting them a few wins. Removing the perk will lose players.

The rusted blade should be 1 second, not 3. Replaced the Body of father for a addon called bag of skull chips. You can locate survivors that are 15 meters away from you after you preform a vaulting action. Famine has been nerfed to 1/2/3 secounds instead of the 4/6/8 secounds. Scout has been buffed to 4/6/8 secounds.
