Same thing happened when I started playing as killer. I had not restarted.

I had this same issue. Before this occurred for me on PS5, we had a last minute drop-out in the lobby. Weird things happened to my UI.

100% agreed. This should be basekit (to encourage not tunneling). We're Gonna Live Forever BP bonus should also be basekit, to promote protection hits and safe rescues, especially in solo queue.
