Can you ask, get an update and maybe let them know this is going to lead to negative brand recognition if they don't get it working for Steam? I mean, you could easily add a $10 upgrade for Steamdeck option if this is about money or an increase in server costs and people would gladly pay it.

It worked on Thanksgiving on Steam Deck so they can make it happen. I don't want to jump through hoops to play it, guess I'll just stop playing it, buying DLCs for it and buy and play other games instead that work on Steam Deck.

I have also been waiting for a year. I have literally purchased this game 5 times, once for xbox, then ps5, then for Switch, then as a gift, and finally for Steam.
